XGUARD™ and FREEGUARD™ radiation reducing gloves have the same anatomic shape, softness, elasticity and comfort of typical surgical gloves.

Designed for single use, XGUARD and FREEGUARD gloves offer optimal quality each time they are used. tensile strength – less likely to tear. The thin radiation attenuating gloves have a slight texture at the fingertips, to enable excellent gripping, dexterity, and high tactile sensitivity.

XGUARD and FREEGUARD sterile gloves are ideal where the user is exposed to ionising radiation, during interventions such as:

Key features

The XGUARD range are lead oxide impregnated latex deprived of anallergic proteins, which minimises the risk of allergies. The gloves have a synthetic interior layer to further reduce allergic reaction.

The FREEGUARD range are made from polyisoprene, powderfree, lead free and latex free.

All gloves are available in two thicknesses, 0.22mm or 0.30mm, with 5 pairs per box.

We can also offer radiation reducing sleeves, 0.22mm thick, details on request.
