APC Cardiovascular supports Task Force® Touch CARDIO training

Last month, six members of our team had the privilege of participating in an extensive training session for the Task Force® Touch CARDIO, hosted by its manufacturer, CN Systems, at a business centre in Vienna. 

The event gathered 16 delegates from eleven different distributors worldwide. Representing APC Cardiovascular were CEO Stephen Law-Lyons, key account managers Jameel Abdo, Emma Haines, Andy Nicol, Laura Wells, and customer order fulfilment specialist Ashley McKenzie. 

Over two intensive days, our team, along with 10 other global distributors, engaged in thorough training sessions led by CN Systems’ product experts Sabine, Roland, Idina, Christian, and Patricia. The presenters’ deep knowledge and enthusiasm for their technology made the sessions both informative and engaging. 

The agenda included a mix of classroom-style PowerPoint presentations and hands-on sessions with the Task Force® Touch CARDIO device, with a variety of useful materials provided, including both printed and electronic takeaway resources. Participants learned the intricacies of the device’s operation, with live tests performed on delegates to demonstrate non-invasive haemodynamic monitoring and ensure accurate data collection. 

This training builds on previous sessions that some APC Cardiovascular team members had attended at CN Systems’ headquarters and manufacturing site in Graz, reflecting our ongoing commitment to mastering this product line, which includes the Task Force® Touch CARDIO, its predecessor the Task Force® Monitor, and the CNAP® monitor. 

The training sessions reinforced the strong partnership we share with CN Systems, and we look forward to collaborating further in the future.
