“Since January 2021, I’ve been volunteering with the Weaverham Trust, a registered local charity which supports the community through the voluntary commitment of local residents.

Alongside 2 other volunteers, I act as an editor for the quarterly Weaverham News, a village newsletter produced and delivered to every household in the village free of charge. We gather news items from local businesses, groups, schools and the police, and transform it into an enjoyable and local read for all residents.

Weaverham Trust also supports the community by organising litter picks, fundraising events, planting daffodils, and campaigning on various issues to improve the area.”
