We continue to be here for you
As we enter the second National Lockdown, we have carefully evaluated how APC Cardiovascular can continue to support you. And in short, nothing will be changing.
As an essential business supplying the NHS with cardiac pacing support, radiation protection equipment and non-invasive monitoring devices, we are permitted to carry on with our operations.
All our team have efficiently worked from home since March, and like the majority of the UK, we have become well versed in using remote communication methods to support our customers, internal teams, and key stakeholders such as suppliers.
Our team will continue to provide virtual based training wherever possible, to minimise risk to both your team and ours. However, if essential, we can have a physical presence to train health care professionals on the safe, efficient use of our products in their clinical application, or to support the acquisition and implementation roll out of new products, if this cannot be done effectively remotely.
We have no plans to utilise the furlough scheme at this time, as all our team members are extremely busy supporting you and making sure your needs are met.
Our supply chain remains operational and efficient, and our distribution network continues to prioritise our life saving products over non-life critical items. We will remain in close communication with our distribution and supplier partners to ensure you have the items you need, when you need them.
As we have experienced over the last few months, the situation can change quite rapidly, particularly within the devolved nations in Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, so we will continue to monitor local restrictions and ensure our team adhere to specific protocols with regard to PPE and visiting your hospitals.
You’re standing by us, and we continue to stand by you in whatever ways we can, whatever it takes.
If there’s something we can do to help, please get in touch.
Once again, we thank you for your ongoing commitment in tackling Covid19, and wish you a safe and healthy 2020.
