Our 2026 events so far at APC Cardiovascular

X-ray radiation exposure
At APC Cardiovascular, staying close to clinical practice is a key part of what we do. Our focus has always been on supporting healthcare professionals with high-quality solutions across cardiovascular care, surgical precision, radiation protection and non-invasive monitoring technologies.

One of the best ways we do this is by getting out and meeting clinicians, surgeons and healthcare leaders face to face at key industry events.

These events give us the chance to listen, learn and share ideas on how technology and innovation can better support patient care and evolving clinical needs. They’re also a great opportunity to showcase the solutions we provide and see first-hand how the sector is developing.

Here’s a look at where we’ve been so far in 2026.

HETT Leaders Summit

We started the year at the HETT Leaders Summit in Leeds, one of the UK’s leading digital health leadership events.

The summit brought together senior decision-makers from across healthcare to explore how digital innovation is shaping the future of patient care.

At our stand, we focused on how wearable technology is transforming non-invasive cardiovascular monitoring, including:

  • Biobeat Smart Monitoring – cuffless, wireless 24-hour blood pressure monitoring using a medical-grade chest patch
  • PulseOn Arrhythmia Monitor System – advanced AFib and arrhythmia detection using a simple wrist-based ECG

It was a valuable opportunity to discuss how continuous, non-invasive data can support earlier intervention and more informed clinical decisions.

Interactive Cardiology Conference

In March, we attended the Interactive Cardiology Conference at the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow.

The event brought together cardiologists, clinicians and specialists focused on practical, hands-on learning and discussion around evolving cardiovascular care.

We spent time connecting with attendees and discussing clinical challenges across cardiology and interventional medicine.

Our showcase included:

  • Radiation protection garments, glasses, gloves and shields
  • Non-invasive cardiac monitoring and diagnostic products
  • External temporary pacing products, including electrodes, heart wires, cables and introducers
  • Biobeat Smart Monitoring
  • PulseOn Arrhythmia Monitor System

The conversations throughout the day highlighted the importance of practical, reliable tools that support both diagnostics and staff protection in clinical environments.

National Operating Theatres Show

Next, we exhibited at The National Operating Theatres Show at The Kia Oval in London.

This event brought together theatre practitioners and surgical teams looking for practical solutions to improve efficiency, safety and surgical outcomes.

We showcased our Precision Surgical range, including:

  • Retractor systems
  • Reusable and single-use instruments
  • Wireless LED head camera system designed for improved clarity and illumination

We also highlighted our radiation protection range, supporting theatre teams with garments and eyewear designed for both safety and comfort.

It was a great opportunity to demonstrate how precision tools and protective equipment work together in real surgical settings.

SCTS Annual Meeting

We rounded off a busy March at the SCTS Annual Meeting in Belfast, hosted by the Society for Cardiothoracic Surgery in Great Britain and Ireland.

This annual gathering is a key event in the cardiothoracic calendar, bringing together specialists from across the UK and Ireland.

At our stand, we showcased solutions designed specifically for cardiothoracic procedures, including:

  • Advanced retractor systems
  • Reusable and single-use surgical instruments
  • Wireless LED head camera system

We also shared our radiation protection range, designed to support staff safety without compromising performance in the operating theatre.

Across the three days, we had valuable discussions with surgical teams about how equipment design can support both clinical precision and staff wellbeing.

Looking ahead

2026 is already shaping up to be a busy and important year for APC Cardiovascular.

Each event we attend reinforces the same message which is meaningful innovation in healthcare comes from collaboration, shared learning and continuous improvement.

We’re looking forward to continuing those conversations throughout the year and connecting with more clinical teams across the UK and beyond.
