Haemostatic introducer kits
The haemostasis valve introducer kit is designed to enable smooth and controlled catheter introduction into the vascular system while minimising blood loss. The advanced haemostatic valve maintains a secure seal during insertion, helping to reduce the risk of leakage and air embolism while preserving reliable vascular access.
Engineered for safety and ease of use, the kit provides stable handling and precise control throughout the procedure, supporting efficient performance and enhanced patient safety.
Kit includes: Introducer with side port, 3 way stopcock and haemostatic valve, dilator, guide wire. Each kit can be supplied with a needle and syringe upon request.
Key features
- Introducer with silicone Haemostasis valve: composed of a PP or PE dilator within an FEP sheath enriched with barium sulphate – prevents blood loss during procedures.
- Security lock system: interlocking hub between dilator and sheath for enhanced stability.
- Sideport with three-way stopcock: allows catheter infusion with a secure luer lock fitting.
- Guidewire: stainless steel, double-ended J-Tip (3mm radius) and straight tip, housed in a protective plastic sheath with a straightener.
- Sterile and ISO11070 compliant: ensuring the highest safety and quality standards.
- Multiple French sizes available: each size is clearly indicated for easy identification.
- Fixing ring for prolonged use: ensures secure placement when needed.
- Introducer needle (18g, 7cm length): optional inclusion.

Peelaway introducer kits
This introducer kit is designed to support smooth and efficient placement of pacing leads, helping to simplify the implantation procedure. The introducer sheath can be pulled back and peeled apart, allowing for controlled and convenient removal once lead placement is complete, reducing the risk of displacement during extraction.
The kit is also equipped with an interlocking hub, which securely locks the components together during insertion. This provides improved stability, helps maintain sterility, and reduces the risk of accidental disconnection, giving clinicians greater control and confidence throughout the procedure.
Kit includes: Introducer with 17cm length dilator, 0.038”guide wire, 18G needle and syringe. Each kit can be supplied with 0.035” guidewire and extra long dilators (23cm or 33cm) upon request.
