The pacing heritage passes to Devices Ltd, a J&J subsidiary, bringing international scale and clinical rigour to UK cardiac care.

APC Medical Ltd acquired by PACE Medical, Inc. A subsidiary of Intermedics (later Boston Scientific). An independent identity begins to take shape.
